Have you ever thought about studying soccer in Brazil at the graduate level?
The University Federal de Viçosa, ranked one of the top universities in Brazil has the most prestigious and well known soccer dedicated graduate program.
University of Viçosa through the NUPEF Center have developed an Master's Degree program specific to soccer coaching. It is the only soccer specific graduate program in Brazil. This unique degree program is delivered in 2 face-to-face residency courses in Brazil. 50 students are admitted once a year and take the graduate courses in January and July.
A prospective student must meet the following requirements to be considered for unconditional admission:
- A bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, physical education, sport sciences, or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred. If your bachelor's degree is in an unrelated field, you may still be admitted.
- Minimum overall undergraduate grade-point average (GPA) of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale on the last 90 quarter hours or the last 60 semester hours.
The 360 hour program is delivered in 2-face-to-face residency courses and it takes approximately 12 months to complete the program of study.

POST GRADUATION PROGRAM IN FOOTBALL
Our unique program enables coaches from all over the world to come to Brazil and learn with our professional staff.
Our programs are taught by PHDs and Masters professors, CBF and Conmebol instructors, professional soccer coaches and youth academy coaches. The perfect blending of science, technology with on field practical knowledge.
The Post-Graduation Program with 360 hours of in person learning is offered every year. The program includes two immersion periods in Brazil and consists of classroom and practical sessions with top professors from University of Viçosa, guest professors and top professional coaches from Brazil.
Students that graduated from the Post Graduation Degree program have gone on to coach and work at top clubs in Brazil and abroad.
